If i may suggest a few things though for next years run, first you need more water stations. The first station we came to was out of water. everyone around me was very disappointed. one girl thought she was going to be sick. We were all looking forward to something to drink. another suggesting is to have a volunteer at some of the obstacles in the woods with a walkie talkie. I was behind the women who broke her ankle at the boulder infront of the cave. It took forever for the medical team to get to her. read less

I enjoyed it immensely. However, I highly recommend having a separate, timed competitive wave that's eligible for awards or simple bragging rights (as most races do) to ensure your placements of top racers are accurate & all obstacles were indeed completed in the finish time recorded. This keeps race conditions comparable for competitve racers & lends confidence that top runners indeed came in ahead of participants in a later waves when bottlenecks start happening tempting people may skip obstacles etc. and thus "finish faster." It keeps it a more fair playing field - apples to apples, not apples to oranges. read less
